I spent 2 decades in the agency world – sitting through meetings that should’ve been emails, jumping through hoops just to get good work out the door.

Eventually I realized: I didn’t want to climb the ladder. I wanted to burn it down and build something better.

So I did.

I created HeyBrand to cut out the middlemen, dodge the red tape, and work directly with the people building cool sh*t.

  • Once you’re subscribed, you can send unlimited design requests – things like social templates, brand collateral, decks, motion graphics, and more. I’ll work on one at a time with quick turnarounds, clear communication, and no micromanaging needed.

  • It depends on the request, but most designs are turned around in 1-3 business days. Bigger projects (like motion or multi-page decks) take a little longer – but you’ll always know what’s in progress and when to expect it.

  • For web, I mostly design in Figma and build websites using Showit, Framer, or Webflow – depending on what fits your project and goals best. For design, motion and video edits, I use a combination of After Effects, Premiere, illustrator, Photoshop and inDesign (adobe creative suite) and some AI tools for efficiency. I also use Canva for templates for clients that have a need.

  • Yes – branding is a core part of what I do. Whether you need a full identity system or just want to refresh your current visuals. Branding projects can happen inside a HeySuite subscription or start with a HeyDay strategy session.

  • Not full copywriting, but I’ll guide you through structure, flow, and tone – and I’ll lightly edit what you give me to make sure it fits the site. Need full brand messaging or conversion copy? I can refer you to trusted copywriters I collaborate with.

  • I work best with personal brands, creators, coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses. Most of my clients are growing fast, outgrowing DIY, and want a brand that feels like them – just sharper

  • If you’re looking for the cheapest option, don’t have a clear business model yet, or want someone to just “make it pretty” without strategy – I’m probably not the best fit. I work best with people who are in motion and ready to collaborate.

  • Yes – for most projects, I offer 50/50 payment (half upfront, half at launch or delivery). For larger or ongoing work, I’m open to custom payment plans that still keep the project moving. If you need flexibility, just ask, I’m happy to find something that works for both of us.

  • You won’t be left hanging! You’ll get final files, training (if needed), and a wrap-up checklist to help you launch confidently. If you need ongoing support, you can roll into HeyCare for website edits or subscribe to HeySuite for continued design help – many clients do. Either way, I make sure you’re set up and feeling good before we call it done.
